Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Project and Construction Management



GCM conducted all engineering activities including: 

 

  • All engineering work for the new 3-story building
  • Equipment specifications, mechanical layout, arrangement and optimization (extruders, polymer feeders, heat exchangers, film treatment systems)
  • Design of the heat recovery systems
  • All electrical systems (Drive systems, MCC’s, substations)
  • Procurement and cost control activities
  • Construction supervision
  • Safety supervision during construction
  • GCM worked closely with the client’s technical personnel, architects and construction contractors.
  • Overall Project Management by Client engineering department (USA) personnel
