Mr. Leduc has extensive experience as project manager, particularly in the energy, petrochemical, metallurgical, and manufacturing sectors. His main accomplishments consist in equipment and plant processes improvement projects. His expertise covers need’s definition, engineering, procurement, construction to commissioning and start-up. Rigorous, organized, and an efficient engineer, he has an excellent knowledge of industrial equipment and internal procedures specific to plant work. He has great management skills for multidisciplinary projects as well as for the human relations with regard to these projects. In 2014, he was promoted to the role of Manager of Major Projects at GCM.
