Yves Malouin

Yves Malouin is a mechanical engineer and graduate of the École Polytechnique. Over the course of his career, he has held several management positions, where his leadership and dynamism were used to mobilize his colleagues.
Among the major milestones of his career, he was Director of Finance at ESSO where he was able to rally his colleagues around a strategic alignment linked to results. As Director of Engineering at ICI, he then motivated his department to solidify commitment to the company’s mission. Later, as plant manager at Bridgestone, he rallied all 1,200 employees around continuous improvement efforts.
After working for multinationals, this entrepreneur started his own business. In this small business, it was his teamwork and energy that ensured the mobilization of his partners. As president of GCM Consultants, he aims at aligning his troops around a strong team spirit and a well-anchored culture.
