Medicinal plant production and processing center

Project description

Construction of a plant for the production of hemp products, located on an existing industrial site.
The complex is divided into two parts:
The first is located near greenhouses and includes processing, manufacturing and packaging areas, as well as delivery docks and warehouses.
The second includes administrative offices, laboratories, a cafeteria and changing rooms for employees.

GCM Mandate

Analysis of production and of necessary elements for the plants
Design of a water recovery system and reverse osmosis water treatment system
Environmental studies and license applications to the legal authorities
‘Multidisciplinary engineering (process, mechanical, civil, infrastructure, electrical and instrumentation) in collaboration with the designated architect.
Design in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Applications regarding authorizations for water use, discharge and production.
Engineering for a new, high-power station and electrical connections (100 MW capacity)

Deliverables

  • Multidisciplinary estimate (architecture, infrastructure, civil, mechanical and electricity)
  • Environmental reports filed with the MDDELCC
