Municipal Workshops – Drainage and Civil Works

Our mandate is to perform the detailed engineering for the preparation of plans, including specifications, for the purpose of obtaining permits from the City. More specifically, our mandate will cover the connections (water, sanitary and storm sewers) of the proposed building to existing municipal services. The mandate also includes site development and drainage. Storm water retention as well as the design of a regulator and a separator (oil and sediment) are part of the mandate.
