Deliverables
- Feasibility study and complete engineering to solve recurring corrosion and abrasion problems of slurry pumps (250 HP) in the weak acid leaching circuit (sulfuric acid)
- Study of the existing system and damaged components, simulation of pumping conditions on AFT Fathom software, technical recommendations on pumps and piping modifications
- Assistance in technical analysis of bids and equipment selection
- Engineering for piping arrangement modifications and new pump bases
- Follow-up of installation work at the site
